ALL ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
- General damp dusting
- Wipe all surfaces
- Damp wipe light switches & outlet cover
- Damp wipe hanging framed art
- Blinds dry dusted
- Window sills, frames, and glass cleaned as needed
- Clean doors & door frames including the top ledge of doors
- Spot clean sliding doors & tracks
- Ceiling fans and overhead lights dry-dusted as needed
- Baseboards damp wiped as needed
- Woodwork and doors wiped with Super Shine as needed ( a non-build-up cleaner specifically designed for wood)
- Empty all trash & wipe down the receptacle
- Cobwebs removed
- This includes laundry rooms, dens, and all common areas
Kitchen
- Clean sink & counters
- Clean garbage disposal & rubber seal
- Spot clean backsplash
- Spot clean cabinets
- Clean microwave interior & exterior
- Clean the exterior of all appliances
- Clean ceramic cook-tops with a special cook-top cleaner
- Clean & wipe the pull-out trash cabinet
Bathrooms
- Clean bathtubs & showers including the ledge around the top of the unit
- Clean sinks & vanities to include the sink stoppers & scrubbing the caulk around the sink
- Clean mirrors & frames
- Clean & disinfect toilets to include scrubbing around the base of the toilet
- Clean & shine all chrome fixtures
- Spot clean cabinets
Bedrooms
- · Clean the outer surfaces of the dressers and nightstands using Super Shine, a non-build-up cleaner specifically designed for wood. Additionally, we wipe underneath all items placed on the dressers and nightstands.
Additional cleaning services
Additional cleaning services are still at the regular Hourly price! No hidden fees
You will never pay a higher price for any additional deep cleaning. You will only pay the hourly cleaning fee that is set for your weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. That being said you can always customize each cleaning session to your preferences. For example; you might want to skip all the dusting one week, for a deeper cleaning of a closet, refrigerator, or a child's room. We clean what YOU want to be cleaned! There are no set rules. We take care of our customers to ensure you are happy. We only ask that you let us know a week in advance if you want additional hours to tackle bigger jobs.
Addition chores you may want us to do can include but are not limited to:
- Hand wash ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Change bedding or just make your bed if you like
- Clean & organize your closets
- Blinds vacuumed, damp wiped, or washed in your bathtub. We have been doing this for many years and the outcome is just as good as a blind company taking your blinds for cleaning and cheaper. Sorry, we do not wash cloth blinds but we can hand vacuum them
- Vacuum Lampshades
- Knick Knack's hand-washed. We recommend you wash kitchen keepsakes once a year due to grease buildup
- Hand-wash the top of the refrigerator, due to a grease build-up
- Clean & organize the interior of your kitchen cabinets
- Hand-wash wood kitchen cabinet fronts & sides with Murphy’s oil soap or hard surface cabinets with Hillyard’s Grease Cutting Cleaner
- Any wood surfaces in your home we can wash with Murphy’s oil soap on request. Again, no additional charge to you
- We can pressure wash your composite decks, and clean your garage
Just let us know ahead of time so we can bring our equipment or we can use yours. We do lots of repairs on our own homes, so we are very resourceful
